 Shipping Policy 

❤  When will My Order Ship ?

  • Made To Order: items can take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks to get made based on demand. Our business currently only operates one embroidery machine, and orders are fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis. 
  • Pre-orders can take up to 12 weeks.  We are a two-person team. Both work weekdays, and sometimes weekends in order to fulfill orders in a timely manner. 
  • Other Orders are typically sent within 7-10 business days.

❤  Do All Orders Come With A Tracking Number ? 

  • We offer Free domestic U.S. shipping via USPS First Class Package service. This does not include insurance.
  • Expedited shipping is available under the "Shipping Insurance" option at checkout for an additional charge.
  • Orders shipped by US Letter Mail and International Letter Mail will not have a tracking number.

❤  Do You Offer International Shipping ?

  • We do not ship to UK, EU, and countries on the USPS suspension list  through our official website. 
  • UK/EU Customers can make purchases through the ETSY store. 
  • International shipping begins at 9.00 USD or more depending on your region. This fee is liable to change at our discretion, and is calculated based on ever-changing policies, customs, taxes, and shipping fees based on your country.


  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after it is delivered to a courier. Insurance can be purchased from your courier at additional cost.
  • We are not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient’s name. Please make sure the recipient’s name is legally registered to the place of residence. If you have a change of address it is your responsibility to contact us with your order number and let us know prior to shipping . 
  • Any damage caused by shipping is not our responsibility. If your package arrived damaged, please contact us and we will try our best within our own abilities to help.
  • You are responsible for paying all customs and duty fees as per your country's laws and regulations.
  • In cases where an order is returned to us for any reason, the order can be shipped again with an additional shipping fee.

    ♡ Return/Exchange Policy 

    • We do not offer Returns or Exchanges. We quality check to the best of our ability and try to maintain high quality products free of defects. However, mistakes happen and if you have any issues with your order, contact us.
    • Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded. 
    • You may cancel non-preorder orders up to 12 hours after purchase, after which cancelations and refunds are no longer available.
